land is the fixed factor of production because :

  1. all the living beings are depends directly or indirectly up on the land.
  2. all the factories, cultivation, farmers, nature are directly depends up on land , which are the important factors of development .
  3. all human beings and human activities are directly depends up on land to develop our economy.
