the vedic period is also known as the vedic age. during this period, Vedas which found to be the oldest texts of sacred of Hinduism were being brought up or composed. this happened in the northwestern Indian and is always said to a historic period in this place. later vedic period is also known as the second urbanization because agriculture came up as the most practiced economic activity. the practices of cattle rearing also declined during this period.
