Lead is not a good conductor of electricity. So, it is not used to make electrical wires.
If you can understand the concepts of Electricity, then I answer in a technical language as:
It has been experimentally proved that the resistivity of lead (Pb) is
1.9 * 10⁻⁷ Ωm
which is large for using as a conductor.
We have metals with much less resistivity, like Copper(1.68*10⁻⁸ Ωm) and Silver (1.59 * 10⁻⁸ Ωm), etc. So, we just don't use lead.

lead is the poor conductor of electricity hence lead not used to make electric wires
electricity will not pass through lead
electricity will not pass through lead
