Light is not pure energy. While it is true that light has no mass, this fact does not imply that light is pure energy.

Acording to my own research, the ony form of energy is the energy stored in these fields and we could say the energy of light is pure because light is the simplest electromagnetic construct but the energy of any object is also of the same kind.
