Classroom is a place where you come for learning at school.  It is the place where you gain wisdom and discipline.  Self discipline is important in every learner.  If the students litter in the classroom, school will turn untidy and it is a very unhealthy practice.  You may develop the habit of littering at home, road and in public places too.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. We need to maintain cleanliness in our surroundings if we want to live a healthy life. Some students are least bothered about cleanliness and they make their classroom dirty by throwing bits of paper, pencil shavings and biscuit, toffee wrappers They do not think that class belongs to them and they are responsible for its cleanliness. It becomes their habit in later life also and when they go out to work, others may feel that they lack civic sense. Though classroom is a public place, it is a shrine for students and they should keep it neat and clean.
