lok sabha is selected from people and the rajya sabha is for only leaders neta,kashdar,amdar

Lok Sabha is definitely more important rajya Sabha . it is the central legislature chosen directly by the people through general election....
This is because the constitution of India has only made the union council of ministers responsible to the lok sabha and not the rajya sabha.....
