Hello buddy..

M. R. P reffers to Maximum Retailed price..
According to this The shopkeeper could not sell the things above rates specified and written under MRP..
It contains all the value added like Transportation cost, Manufacturing etc..

M.R.P(Maximum Retail Price) is a price printed for consumers as it adds all the sectors of production, transportation and etc .The Consumer can bargain with the shopkeeper as it is maximum.
