Why is Mexico under PRI, not a democracy?

Because pRI always use dirty tricks to win elections and the finally win. They never give chance to another party to make the government. So Mexico is in under of PRI. Dirty tricks like teacher force parents to vote p R I and every government officials have to attend the meeting hold by pRI. And the change place of polling booth, at last time so the voters of another party h

PRI was known to use many dirty tricks to win elections. teachers , parents , employes and workers in government offices were forced to vote for PRI.

in this way people didnt have their voice , there are no free and fair elections .

so Mexico is not Democratic under PRI
