Why is more urine produced on a cold day simple answers?

As body needs to keep warm during cold days, it needs to get rid of excess water faster. Thus we urinate more in colder days than in warmer days. Same goes for sweating.

because in summer more water is lost by in the form of sweat but in cold it doesn't
