it may be because of various factors

1. you have installed a lot of applications in your computer due to which your computer takes a lot of time to load and finally hang

2. your computer dosent have enough RAM

3. your computer dosent have enough graphics

4. computer is also slowed down  by playing very large sized games like gta 5 or gta san andreas

if u dont want your computer to hand u can either increase graphics or ram by buying it from shop and inserting it in slots which will be there inside your CPU or u can also try to free up the storage of your computer by deleting some applications
