NREGA or MANREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) can also be called as the right to work because-
1) The government guarantees wage based employment to one member of a BPL family for 100 days (7hours every day).
2) It provides employment to those who are willing to work but are not literate.
3) If the work is not given then the government pays sum of money as wage called 'unemployment allowance'.
