why is natural wool is attacked by moths where as acrylic fibre is not. ​

Explanation:

Simply because natural wool is made from organic compounds whereas as acrylic is man made.Therefore any living thing can only produce energy by organic compounds

natural wool attracts the moths because it satisfies to be a living entity and also has some food sources to feed on but on the other hand synthetic wool is made up of plastic and other artificial substances and thus cant be feed on , that is why natural wool attracts and synthetic wool doesn't
