Why is NCl3 an endothermic compound while NF3 is an exothermic compound?

NF3 - evolution of heat

so NCl3 is endothermic and NF3 is exothermic

during the formation of the first compound, NCL3, heat energy is absorbed by the elements. so it is endothermic. in the second case, energy is released, so exothermic.
