Why is not possible to show correct shape and size of the earth on a flat surface

cause earth is spherical and we can not make it on a flat surface

even in maps you can see that it is not spherical  

even we can not make exact map of earth it is done with help of satellites

anybody Don't say to earth correct shape and size coz earth is so big so anybody don't say correct shape and size but we guess about this
