Why is not vacuum used in rockets instead of fuels ? With vacuum the rocket goes till ecosphere and then use fuel saving so much fuel

The vacuum cannot be used in rockets. When We use vacuum in anything the air will not be there and hence no combustion will be there and hence no force will be there and hence the rocket will not fly. Instead it will burst out and will be destroyed
