nutrition is the process of taking in food and used as a energy so nutrition is important for proper functioning of the body. it helps to stay alive and keep us fit and healthy.
there are two modes of nutrition.
1.autotrophic nutrition
2.heterotrophic nutrition

The nutrients are comprised of carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, etc. they all are required for every ling thing to live. The vitamins help in body growth. The minerals re required for the structural development of the body. the water is required for the movement of various particles inside the body.

Thus, we can see that nutrients are helpful for living things in various ways. There are 3 modes of nutrition:

  • Herbivore – Example: cow
