why is OH written in brackets in Zinc Hydroxide - Zn(OH)2?? Answer fast exam tommorow

OH is written in bracket because o and h are different case not the same

oh written in bracket because here oh is acts one negative ion and zn is positive ion now zn have valency two whereas oh have valency 1 when both combines then znoh2 form but this will be wrong answer we have to write this as zn(oh)2 because two is going to oh not only o or h.
