India is the second most populated country in the world after China. India's most of the people belong to middle class or lower middle class and even BPL ( below poverty line). It is also observed that only the male member works and supports a family of 4 to 5 or even more. In this way all the family income gets used up and very little remain to be given as tax and even in that too people don't pay the taxes and as there is no tax by the people government cannot give more facilities to its citizens an as a result..............
