Hey mate here is your answer》》

An Integrated Judiciary means that courts are interconnected and therefore work in tandem with the established norm of superiority over their subordinate courts.

In India, Supreme Court of India situated in New Delhi is the apex court and it’s decision is binding on all the courts. Technically, all the courts are subordinate to its head, which is the Supreme Court.

Now, this was at the National level. Coming to the states level, High court of that state (Let’s Say Maharashtra) will have a direct control on its immediate subordinates (Let’s say Metropolitan magistrate/ District court/ Magistrate). Plus, Magistrate or District courts are bounded by its supreme master, which is the Supreme Court in New Delhi.

In Short,

Supreme Court’s Laws-> High courts

High court’s Laws-> District Courts/ Magistrates

District Courts-> Municipal Corporations

Municipal Corporation laws-> City Jurisdiction (Example- Mumbai Open spaces policy by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation).

Hope this answer will help you..《《
