Why is outstanding expenses considered to be a personal account?

Outstanding exp means all expense which had to be pay but not pay recently. e.g exp paid date is 1.12.16 but exp don't paid on that time i e 16.12.16..


It ia personal exp of the business hence it treated as personal account
