The ozone layer on earth can be compared to umbrella which protect us from rain......The ozone layer exists between 13 to 35 kilometres above our planet. if these rays struck Earth unprotected, no life would be possible on the planet.
Effect of the ozone hole.
Thinning of ozone layer means getting direct in touch with ultra violet rays which can cause skin cancer or skin irritation etc.
