Why is parental identity lost in binary fission?

after the completion of binary fission in amoeba,the new individuals are produced which are referred to as daughter cells.so the identify of parent is lost.

bcz in binary fission of amoeba the parent cell divides into two daughter cells so as it divides and become two independent individual it's own identy gets lost.
