Exercise is important for adolescents (a young person girl or boy who are growing) as they have flexible bones if they do exercise they would be fit and they would have healthy respiratory system also their metabolic reactions would be perfect.
They would be healthy and they would develop a happy mind which is good for their health.
They would increase their height and would maintain their weight.
They would increase their concentration and memory power.
They would become creative as new ideas would come into their mind as due to excercise they would fresh up their mind too.
Excercise would also maintain their heart rate and they would be free from cardiac diseases .
Infact they would be strong and wouldn't fall sick easily.
They would have a pleasant and positive attitude which would make their lives smoother.
Excercise would include push ups, jogs , weight loss excercise , postures, yoga etc.
