Why is ploughing or tilling necessary in field before sowing the seeds

Plowing makes the soil porus which helps the seeds to easily germinate and spread roots deep which in turn helps the plant to absorb required nutrients and moisture from the deeper parts of the soil. It also provides necessary aretaion for the plant roots.

The ploughing is necessary to loosen soil and make it Porus so that the air could enter the soil .ploughing retain soil moisture and it is easy to mix manure in the soil.
