The photochemical smog is produced by the mixing of many kinds of air pollutants which have been chemically altered into further noxious compounds by exposure

• Anythings that burns fossil fuels in the presence of sunlight can produce photochemical smog. This type of smog is call aslo L A type smogs

• Many kind of motor vehicles during in the morning commute in cities,and produce a lot of pollutants. When the sun is out ,it is the perfect incubator for this type of smog

• Photochemical smog is also more prevalent in valleys

• When the mountain or hills block the fresh air from coming into the area and create a basin that photochemical smog easily can get trapped in.

• The temperature inversions is condition in which air sinks to the surface,traping the smog.
