Because the population when nourished with good education they can turn the producticvity and literation rate of a country which are considered development

Our population is consider to be an asset for our country when it helps in increasing the national values like GDP ( Gross Domestic Product ) etc .

Or it is helpful for our country means it must be educated and healthy and also employed then it is said to be asset for our country otherwise it is liability for our country .
