Larger atoms = more reactive. ... Sopotassium is more reactive than lithium because the outer electron of apotassium atom is further from its nucleus than the outer electron of alithium atom.

I will answer very clearly
so to understand stand it better you must know about potassium is a metal and lithium is a non metal
you also know that potassium is a metal which give electron easily this means any metal which give electron easily it is more reactive .

But , fluorine is more electro negetive because it accept the electron from non metal .
This means that fluorine is a non metal.
