Answer:

This is an interesting argument in a democratic country like India where the government is elected through electorate system by every ccitizen who has been entitled as Indian citizen of a particular place where he resides based on his voting card verification. Thus once any party which secures the clear cut majority of elected members which should be more than half of the total seats of Loksabha than any profound chief minister who had won the loksabha election of same constituency by big tally of votes is proposed by the wining party for acceptation of his charge as Prime minister of India. Therefore its more transparent to witness that prime minister is an elected person who is equally the supreme authority of state from where it gets elected for contesting for the highest level of responsibilities as Prime minister of India. Thus post of prime minister is superpower for all cabinet ministers and state
