Why is pure iron not used for making permanent magnet ?

because the retentivity of pure Iron,I.e the ability to retain the magnetic field include. an alloy of aluminium and iron is used for making permanent magnets. they are used in a small Motors and some watches.

Iron doesnot make permenant magnet because retainity of iron magnet is low.
Iron can be easily magnitized but not permenant.
Iron cannot retain the electro magnetism the electric flow is stopped in the coil and wound atound the soft iron.
This should always focus in making a permenant magnet that has clear magnets compounds.
The permenant magnets are made according to the magnetic substances which can retain magnetism that have more retinitvely like steel.
