Why is Pythagoras theorem applied only in right triangles?
Plz give proper explanation...

It is named after him because he is supposedly the first one to prove that the theorem is true. ... ThePythagorean Theorem tells us that the square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the two other sides.

nikhilrana0: Bro I am not asking what the theorem tells but I am asking why is it applied in a right triangle only but not in acute or obtuse triangles.
