why is radii of corresponding orbitals in all H-like atoms not equal?? ​

there are 3 isotopes of H - protium(most common hydrogen) , deuterium and tririum ..each isotopes has differnt no. of neutons ..in it so maybe more heavier the atom is more compact it is
