Explanation:
first I'm saying resource are those which are available naturally need for the development and resource are water and land and energy and wood because resource planning is the process which necessary for living and develop without resource this not possible if can use water day to day and not save the water if there is no water there is no life if there is no land no farming and other things like house and offices building so we so if there is no forest there is no oxygen and wood gum and medicine and other economical things which are necessary for the development so resource and development is CO related To each other so we can conserve our resource and make the balance between resource and development
