Also Gandhi ji said that there is enough for everybody's need and not for anybody's greed

Resource planning is using resources in such a way that they are used for development in present and are also available for development in future. For a country like resources planning is very important because it has a huge population which will be continued to increase in future and hence for availability of resources for future generations and for normal life in present and future it is necessary to use resources judiciously,give them time to renewed and also find subsititution of depleting resources.
