Why is said that?
a) the ozonelayer is a protective shell of the earth.
b) water is life.
c) seawater is useful even thought is not potable

Because ozone layer filters the harmful sun rays. water is found on earth every where and it is daily use of water like drinking ,etc so it is said water is life.
