why is salinity less in areas of heavy rainfall​

Dillution of Salt Water makes it less salty. So, Heavy rainfall means large amount of water which helps in dillution of salty water and it makes the salty water less salty.

Places having heavy rainfall gets  more and more fresh water and the salinity keeps on dividing
