Okay so satire is basically a way of insulting and talking about issues,
political or otherwise, without authority knowing. It’s effective because said author can criticize and insult all he/she wants because only the intellectually advanced citizens will catch on.
To people who do catch the memo, it could be motivation for a change in the society.
