Why is Seasonal unemployment less in urban areas?

Because some works are hydrophobic,or hydrophillic,i.e some works can't be deal in winter and some in summer.Finally the workers to addapted to this pilia and phobia.

because in urban areas, no agricultural activities are done. agricultural activities are depended on season.

Seasonal unemployment is less in urban areas becz The people in urban areas work in factories,shop.....,they would be working throughout the year,Where as in rural areas they totally depend on agriculture,
