In the second world war, there was an unexpected attack on the Pearl harbour by the Japanese in 1941.
Due to this America started its offense against Japan to liberate the islands of south Pacific .
During this time the scientists of America were working on the most powerful weapon - the atomic bomb.
This bomb was dropped on Japan after several warning to surrender on August 6 1945 in Hiroshima. The Japanese even thought had severe restrictions didn't surrender which caused the US to drop another bomb on August 9 1945 in Nagasaki. After this the world war ended.
Even though the war ended, its impact remained in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, millions of ppl died because of the bombs and they caused major genetic changes in the citizens of Japan from which they are still trying to overcome . Because of such genetic changes the World war 2 is also known as genocidal war.
