Why is sex education not initiated by parents instead depending on schools or colleges?

actually ,in india , sex education is not a subject ....but it is very important in our education system.. parents never tell us about that.. BECAUSE OUR PARENTS THINK THAT IF WE GO TO IN SCHOOL, THEN OUR CHILDREN BECOME IN CONTACT WITH SEX EDUCATION.. when we are in school ,then with our mates ,we share these types of things and gain knowledge . when we become mature , we do sex. if we have knowledge about sex , then we never gain diseases..... if not, then , if we gain diseases , we come in conntact with depression.....
