see sex ratio is the average no. of females per thousand males living in a region. it is coz of sex ratio one comes to know about the no. of female foeticides in the country. hence forth goverenment can work for that region to broaden the mindset of people. thus development is brought in the places which have low levels of development. and even regional development is brought in the country
