At first shifting cultivation is a type of cultivation in which a plot of land is used and the tress and plants are cut down to dry then when it is dry the dried tress are burn out for cultivation.A shifting cultivation cannot be cultivated for more than two to three years so it is called a wasteful method of cultivation.
