Shimla is cooler than Delhi because,
✪ Delhi is not green.
✪ Shimla is in north and Delhi is in centre.
✪ As you go higher and higher, the temperature decreases.

❤. Shimla is located on 31degree 6'11"Norther latitude.
❤. Delhi is located on 28degree 38'North latitude .
shimla and Delhi are located on different latitudes (3degree difference )
shimla is cooler than Delhi during summer because it is located on higher altitude.
