Sieving of wheat flour is not considered as a healthy practice nowadays as the bigger particles of roughage are lost in the process.
In wheat flour wheat Bran is present which is removed during sieving which is very rich in nutrients and all and is also rich source of fibre.
Sieving is the method to separate different sizes of the grain. sieving is carried out with the help of a sieve.the fine particles pass through the holes of sieve while bigger particles of impurities remain on sieve.
