why is silicon's configuration 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p2 rather bieng 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s1 3p3( to become stable it should give one electron of 3s to 3p )?

Dear it is because 3p2 is a half filled shell. And half filled shells or full filled shells are the most stable one. therefore we write 3p2 instead of 3p3 bc this half filled shell that is 3p2 provides stability to silicon.
