because simply pushing 1 copy of DNA in other and remaining one copy to be in parents reproductive tissue is not possible and division of cellular apparatus is necessary for its working . Otherwise DNA will not exist and offspring would die

Simply copying the DNA is not enough to maintain the continuity of life. There are many other requirements also.
Reproduction which is a complex process ensures continuity of life. Cell division is the most essential step in reproduction.
Copying DNA is one of the step in cell division, beside this, there are other steps also in cell division. Cells not only require DNA but they also require the whole cellular machinery to maintain life. So other cellular apparatus are also needed with DNA.
