Singapore is an Asian country and Vladivostok is in Russia, which is located at a distance of approximately 5,406 km apart.

Singapore is near the tropical moist forest biome whereas Vladivostok is near the cool temperate moist forest biome.

The altitude of the sun at midday is overall 27.8° higher in Singapore with relative humidity levels that are 7.1% higher than in Vladivostok.

Therefore, Singapore is warmer than
Vladivostok.
