why is small intestine in herbivores animal then carnivore

In herbivorous animal cellulose digestion is long process as it is digested by ruminant present in guts. Therefore their small intestine is long for digestion of cellulose . While in carnivorous meat is easily digested.

In Herbivores animal the small intestine is larger than the carnivore because Herbivores eat grass which has much cellulose so it has larger small intestine, but in carnivore like tiger they eat flesh which can be easily absorb.
