it is added in non- renewable resources category this is because soil take long time to developed whereas quickly destroyed and eroded .

that is reasonis also called hidden resources ......

some of these climatic changes wind, water , soil degradation , soil erosion ...

since, soil is effected by many of these factors & regenerate , long time it is said to be hidden resource.
