The reason for its success was the preparation that was done at the beginning of the process. It started in September 1991 at the Mont Fleur conference centre outside Cape Town in a series of meetings facilitated by Adam Kahane from the international oil company Royal Dutch Shell[1]. This conference was called The Mont Fleur Scenarios with the initial title An Alternative Scenario Planning Exercise of the Left[2][3]. It followed on from proposals for South Africa’s constitutional development published by the mining giant Anglo American’s Scenario Planning Team in 1990[4].

The South African Constitution is called the finest constitution of the world because it has accomodated all the classes of people in it.

Indian democracy is the largest democracy but not the best.
South Africans even after years being under white minority rule didn't introduced any policies like RESERVATIONS in their nation which gives equality to all.

In India many people face a inequality due to it while South African made laws equal for all and gave equal opportunities for all.
The constitution didn't favour any particular Community and gave rights to all.

The lands of whites were not seized after independence but in India the lands of Brahmins and Rajputs were Seized after independence.

The Constitution makers didn't see every Indian as Thier children but they favoured particular communities and that is why Indian system is far worse than other countries and is just like Sri Lankan Constitution
while South African Constitution is the finest.
