why is speed of light same for all observers

because it is not observer dependent. reference angle of it is same.

hardik131: if man1 travels at half of speed of light and another man2 who is stationary fires a laser beam in the direction of man1 , man1 sees the laser beam at speed of light , why? not at half of speed of light according to theory of relativity
